Travel Billy is a mobile application that allows you to access travel itineraries provided by your travel agent. The App displays your trip information, bookings, documents, and related travel details uploaded by your authorized travel agent.

3. Travel Agent Relationship

• Travel Billy is a tool provided by your travel agent to deliver your itinerary
• Your travel agent is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all travel information
• The App developer is not your travel agent and does not book, arrange, or guarantee any travel services
• All travel arrangements, bookings, and reservations are made by your travel agent

5. No Warranty on Travel Information

• Travel Billy displays information "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any travel information
• Flight times, hotel bookings, and other details may change - always verify with providers
• The App is a convenience tool and should not be your only source of travel information
• Keep physical or digital copies of all important travel documents

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Verify all travel information independently
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Not share your account access with unauthorized persons
• Report any errors or discrepancies to your travel agent immediately
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your travels

• Your travel agent controls all itinerary information in the App
• Any changes to your travel plans must be made through your travel agent
• The App itself cannot modify bookings or reservations
• Updates may take time to reflect in the App after your agent makes changes

• Your use of Travel Billy is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• Your travel data is stored securely on your device
• We do not sell or share your personal travel information with third parties
• Your travel agent has access to the information they upload for you

10. Intellectual Property

• Travel Billy and all related content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission
• Your itinerary content remains the property of you and your travel agent

11. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, you should delete the App and all associated data

12. Third-Party Services

• The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (airlines, hotels, etc.)
• We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
